I’M KELLY

HEY THERE,

As a career coach, I help candidates sharpen their message, speak clearly with confidence about their vision and capabilities in order to secure their dream jobs.  I then partner with them to successfully manage their transition into new roles whether in the early, mid or seasoned phase of their career.

As a talent development consultant, I empower mission-driven organizations to cultivate, elevate, and retain top talent and high-performing teams.

It is my passion to leverage my years of experience in navigating the corporate environment to help others find their voice to affect change.

If you are thinking…

  • How do I successfully transition into my new leadership role?… Let's talk!

  • How do I stand out in my upcoming interview?....Let's talk!

  • How do I overcome habits and behaviors that stand in the way of my success?... Let's talk!

  • What can I do to engage my team and chart the course to exceeding our goals?...Let’s talk!

  • How do I successfully pivot into a new career?...Let's talk!

  • How do I build the confidence and capabilities to have critical conversations?...Let's talk!

I would welcome the opportunity to partner with you on your journey.

I’ve spent nearly 30 years in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry working with leaders, sales professionals, medical, marketing and operations specialists, as well as healthcare professionals  and their staff.  I learned so much about the power of building authentic relationships in the workplace and getting things accomplished…with or without authority…

When I am not helping others be their most authentic selves to affect meaningful change, I enjoy listening to a wide variety of music genres (I’ll ask about your playlist!), cooking up new recipes, usually ones I‘ve found on a social media platform, and traveling.  My favorites spots include New York City, Alaska, Switzerland, Chile and anywhere in Italy. I’m also a big fan of being a tourist in my current home city of Charleston, SC.

I am certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida. I have also completed 150+ client-facing hours and 60+ classroom hours towards my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), considered the Gold Standard in Coaching worldwide. Estimated date of completion is December 2024. A proud Double Deac, I earned my B.S. in Biology and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Wake Forest University. Go Deacs!

LET’S WORK TOGETHER
